We are specialists in effecting service especially to those who deliberately attempt to evade service. We have developed a range of unique tactics which our astute agents employ in challenging cases.
Our clients include:
- Solicitors
- Landlords
- Divorcing spouses, parents
- Abuse victims
- Corporations
- Local Government
- Private individuals
Time and again our dedicated team have been successful in serving legal process when other process servers and court bailiffs have previously failed.
Our creative methods are particularly important when defendants/respondents are evading service or where victims are involved, such as when a domestic violence injunction urgently needs to be served on the defendant.
Our team serve all types of legal documents for all case types (family, civil and criminal) taking place in all levels of court, including the Magistrates, Crown/County Courts and High Court.
Our process servers operate 24/7 and are available at short notice to deal with urgent assignments.
The Process
- We collect documents from court or solicitors or receive them by email, fax or post (link to contact us page).
- We attempt to effect service on the same day we receive the instructions. However, we first make enquiries about the person being served; if they work, we will visit them at evenings or weekends to ensure that our attendance coincides with their movements.
- We provide you with progress updates including when service has been effected.
- Following service, we will prepare the appropriate proof of service in the required legal format.
- We will also provide a report detailing any problems faced together with any information – including video footage- that may be useful for your case.
Instructions can be accepted on either a fixed fee or hourly rate basis depending on your requirements.
We welcome instructions on either a bulk or single matter basis. No task is too large nor too small for us.
The types of documents we serve include:
- Statutory demands
- Bankruptcy/winding-up petitions
- Claim forms
- Court attendance (N39 forms)
- Court orders
- Witness summons
- Divorce petitions
- Matrimonial proceedings
- Injunctions, such as non-molestation orders or prohibited steps orders
- Landlord notices (Section 21 and Section 8)
